Climate-Controlled & Vehicle Storage Facilities with Drive-Up Units in the Northern Half of Florida

Since moving to Florida, I have used storage units with four different companies. Every one of them mastered the same routine: attractive intro pricing followed by a surprise price hike a few months later. Lockhart & Jonathon have been a refreshing exception. I currently have a few units with them, the pricing has been fair and consistent, and the service has been excellent. Most importantly, there have been no surprise increases. If you are looking for a storage company that operates transparently and doesn’t turn pricing into a guessing game, I would absolutely recommend them.

Wonderful experience with Lockhart. Clean and secure facilities. Their biggest asset is the manager, Jonathan, who is prompt, efficient and provides the type of warm customer service that is now rarely seen.

This is a great place for storage! Brand new building super clean! The rates are great for all size units! The manager Andy Crawson is the best! He went above and beyond to help! Highly recommend!

Very easy to get moved in. I reserved online and it went smoothly. The only problem I had was my access code did not work. The manager made sure I had a code I could get in with. I finally called the 800 number and they got my access straightened out (I think they might have been changing companies???) Facilities are clean, pest free and comfortably cooled. Prices are very reasonable as well. Now I hope they don’t go up 3 times in a year like CubeSmart did. Overall, great experience.

My first concern was the lack of carts to move items but they resolved that. New owner if the biz could not be nicer! They honored my paperwork from homeowner insurance which the former owners NEVER honored and credited my account! Now my bill has been wrong every month But within 5 minutes of responding to the incorrect invoice- they had answered and credited and made the bill correct. Overall - any misunderstanding is EASILY corrected! I love this ownership vs the old owners! Management is very responsive! Thank you!!
